AND ANOTHER ONE:on an instrument minigame, (guitar or drums) if you get 3 button presses correct but 1 wrong, you'll win anywaykantackistanThe real question is... Do I extend the neck further? Or do I add a head? I'll have to decide on one of those for the next release...
I'll fix the sleeping glitch, but all rhythm-based minigames (GUITAR, DANCE, and DRUMS) will count it as a win as long as you get the majority of notes. Since there's always 4 notes per each, you only need 3 to win. If you'd like to disable this feature, you can switch the ZHARDASS variable to 1.IAmRalseiForum LeaderHiddenAchievementsSecond YearMy account is over 2 years oldWebsiteExpert ProgrammerProgramming no longer gives me any trouble. suggestion:add a head to the giraffe
tho if you decide you want to extend the neck instead that's okHTV04Forum LeaderHiddenAchievementsThird YearMy account is over 3 years oldWebsiteIntermediate ProgrammerI can make programs, but I still have trouble here and there. Programming StrengthThis game is really cool! I like how fast-paced it is, you really have to concentrate in order to keep up. The style of gameplay you use in your programs is also cool too, it makes them seem more simplistic and user-friendly! Maybe you could release a library or something to allow others to use the UI in their programs too! I sure would! This is awesome!
There’s one bug though: when disabling the CRT filter, the colon for the clock doesn’t appear. Normally this wouldn’t be much of a problem, but it actually crashes the game when you score on the leaderboards. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!kantackistanOh sorry! I should mention the Z debug menu is not really meant to be messed with. Half of them are depreciated. There's definitely some unhandled exceptions if you go in and change the code.
Instead I added a button on the touch screen where you can toggle it at any time.NathanielAmazing ContributorSomeone thinks I'm an awesome person who has done so much for the community!AchievementsStaff Pick"Your program is one of our favorites!" - StaffAchievementsScholarReceived for knowing a great deal about programming topicsAchievementsI love the game so far! Though, you should add some form of progression. Like unlockable color themes, bonus minigames, a sound test, etc. There should also be a way to exit the to the home menu while playing (if that doesn't take away from the game).
Also, how did you take those screenshots and put them in an animated loop?kantackistanThanks!
There's a progression plan in place: Up until the deadline I'm planning to add more minigames and new modes when they're ready. Essentially what you're playing is the Beta, and there will be multiple updates before final release (voting starts). I opted for that instead of locking things away at the start.
You can tap the Timer between minigames to pause and return to the menu. Hard difficulty does not have that feature.
The "screenshots" you're seeing are heavily doctored fakes. Lots of MSpaint, Paint.net, Adobe Flash, GIMP, the works.IAmRalseiForum LeaderHiddenAchievementsSecond YearMy account is over 2 years oldWebsiteExpert ProgrammerProgramming no longer gives me any trouble. 9/10 if I'm being honest!kantackistanHaha yeah SLOTS is due for a balance patch. The virtual pet theme is more like an excuse plot. The real heart of the game is trying to keep track of your ever-changing controls. As if somebody was messing with your controller to try and trip you up.JustGreatFirst MonthJoined in the very first month of SmileBASIC SourceWebsiteAvatar TabooI didn't change my avatar for 180 daysWebsiteNight PersonI like the quiet night and sleep late.Express YourselfI made this comment before I actually played the game, sorry. ProKuku is right that it is very similar to WarioWare.
MyPet is no longer around, AFAIK. None of the download keys still on the site work, though I could host a mirror for you if you're interested in it. It was a simplistic pet simulator by Tgaming548 (now called h267 on the forums), but after a while of it being on the frontpage, I think he deleted it out of embarrassment for what it was.kantackistanI don't blame you in the slightest: VBUF is meant to be misleadingly intense despite the premise.
That might explain why I never heard of it: if it was deleted out of embarrassment. So thanks for the offer, but I'll decline.
