If your time on your 3DS is incorrect, you will need to set it correctly to synchronize your radio station. Set it here. http://www.time.gov/
If your timezone is a positive number, don't place a + sign.
If you live in an area where your timezone ends with :30 or :45, place .5 or.75 respectively.
