Can you tell me what this program is?

Please provide screenshots and a description of what the project contains.

Why?

I would post a screenshot but my 3DS doesn't want to connect to wifi here reliably and this isn't worth it someone else do it EDIT: here's my artist's interpretation: the buttons go to the litterbox editor, and some random notepad IDK

because we want to know whether it is worth downloading. if you want to take screenshots, press home on the part you want to screenshot, go to miiverse on your 3ds, then post or save the image. Go on computer, find image, copy url of image FILE, go into project page on smilebasicsource, then paste in the url in the screenshots/images section.
