So the game is turn based but it has a bullet hell system for enemy attacks and it also has a Karma/Spare + Complement System depending on how much bad karma/good karma you have you will get different cutscenes and endings.

I do agree that the art is bad and inconsistent. But other than that I think it's a great and fun game.

Dude. I swear to fucking god. HEAR ME OUT: one week ago, I WAS EXACTLY LIKE YOU!!!! I literally went up to people and said this is dumb you play as Dora and the graphics are black and white and its boring and it sucks. But then as I started to learn more about the game and eventually saw the final boss, (Yesterday), I realized that its not horrible after all and maybe a 8.5/10 game.

I think undertale is an awesome game overall in my opinion.

Must say, porting the game would take a WHILE. All the secrets, y'know, and such. I have, actually, ported over Flowey's intro sequence on the original PTC. Not on the new one, because of copyright and such, I obv wouldn't be able to post it without it being taken down. My version is basically just a menu with all the bosses/minibosses, and you just move the cursor to a boss, select it, and play the fight. Only Flowey's intro is close to being done, and Mettaton's normal, calculator-like sprite is done.

Copyright is always an issue though. The Undertale battle mechanic clone got taken down probably due to copyright.
No, that was because it had "hell" in the name It got put back up with a new name and it's still there.
I am interested in playing this program you two are talking about. If you have it, please tell me the public key.
