Why not create a program which reads every character on a PRG slot and converts it to an RGB color and gpsets it on the top screen, where you can save it as a GRP file? Then build a decoder which decodes a GRP file and prints out text into the PRG slot.

how's that going to help?

Well, if this program is trying to distribute copyright content, then this could very well be useful.

It would be enough to use some basic encryption and store as regular data files.

I live in a place where the walmarts don't sell these splitters It's called West Virginia They DO sell the complete opposite however I think it's bad to post after 2 months

Amazon it or Google the home made method
Like I have said multiple times, you can use the 3ds mic and Your laptop/Mac's(or smartphones, which is better in my opinion) speaker! You dont need a splitter, I have done it multiple times! It works. Trust me.

LOL that too. I can vouch for that. It's what I've been using because I live in Canada. Which is apparently the West Virginia of North America.
But wouldn't West Virginia be the West Virginia of North America? :P

You need a splitter cable (or maybe a laptop with a really good microphone (but laptops suck,so...) to transfer TO an OLD 3DS. (Which is too slow to keep up and needs ARQ) You can still transfer TO a PC, though Still waiting for the sound DLC version...

I've been having trouble getting petit modem to work. I have all of the cables I need but I still can't do ARQ. I may have to check again but I think simple wasn't even working(with or without the cables).

I don't have a mic though Ironically, cheaper speakers might be better, since better ones might have things like noise reduction, which can mess with the sound

By the way I have a new 3ds. Does this mean I can just use my computer? Also the complete opposite is apparently what I needed but my grandma sold it because it's not what I needed It was the complete opposite of a splitter to use my built in mic on my headset

You can totally use just your pc as long as you have a mic to pick up the ds's screams. Just position it so you are getting a good transfer and stay very very quiet while your ears bleed slightly. I recommend doing it when you won't tick people off and leave the room while it's transferring.
Ok Also my door is closed so they don't hear it anyways and I don't mind the noises since I always play with sounds so I got used to it

When I was porting the code for my particle program from PTC to SB3, I took the code from the QR code, I made a WAV, put it on my phone, took my phone, 3DS and a blanket downstairs, I turned it all on and put my phone and 3ds together in the blanket, and put them in a box. It was funnn lmao

I knew iOS is restrictive but is it really so restrictive you can't play custom WAVs with them?

No.

I mean, I'm sure you can just make a website and play the WAV file with <audio>

I got it to work on o3DS finally! 1: plug 3DS into computer's microphone port 2: turn volume up 3: put 3DS near speakers 4: put a blanket around the 3DS/speakers to block echos and other sounds 5: transfer at 300 bps using ARQ (make sure you start the receiver first) 6: move stuff around until it works.

Actually I didn't mention the part where I converted it to MP3 and loaded it through iTunes. I could see WAV working but MP3s are smaller files. Maybe you were thinking that I had a modem app on my phone, which I didn't. I made the waveform on a PC. I just played it back through the music app.

And thanks, I drew it myself. :)
