Balance Board is not supported.
Aw, I wanted to use the balance board! (I don't have one though...)
I already said that 2 days ago

https://twitter.com/notohoho/status/788335236325093379 urgent required translate. it's a poll and idk what the choices are supposed to say

If I would have to guess its saying something about having start and select do different things. (From the Google Translate) Dont take my word though

lol no smileBoom can't get around NINTENDO's idiotic restriction

I stole 12me21's translation and this is what I got. >[Whim questionnaire] Puchikon #petitcom WiiU version of another function for BIG in the START and SELECT can be recognized of has hit percentage. Does not stop with the START does not push a little long in order to prevent a malfunction of each button. What it is better to the corresponding push similar length to 3DS version?

I've managed to read it through Twitter's translate feature but it doesn't translate the poll choices, which is what is really important. And considering homebrewers have made the buttons do different things they could at least attempt to work something out. I would like to vote on it.

"Maintaining the status quo because the trouble If you do not immediately stop at 43% START" "I hope Press START length so that it does not stop 57% wrong"

It's asking how long you have to press the buttons for before the program ends, I think Remember that in the SB manual it always says to press START to end the program a better translation is, I think "do the same thing as the 3DS, because it's bad if the program doesn't stop immediately" "increase the required pressing time so that you don't stop your program accidentally"

What if they put SmileBASIC BIG on the Nintendo Switch instead. At this point, it would only make about a million times more sense given that the Wii U is about dead anyway. Sure, you wouldn't have duel screens anymore, but that's probably more than balanced out by the fact that you're on a more powerful system. It was bumped back to summer, but now we're in the middle of fall and still nothing. So maybe that is what they are doing. It would undoubtedly be a smart move. But it is annoying when developers don't communicate with their fans. lol

yes, throwing out their almost finished game and starting over is a great idea.

Most of it isn't starting over, its just removing some bits and possibly reworking some other stuff. This is a much smaller project than a full 3D game too.

The first Petit Computer (mkII) went soo low under the radar in the US because by the time it released everyone had a 3DS and nobody was checking for new Dsiware. Smile Boom isn't great at timing, you'll probably be digging your wii u out of your closet by the time BIG hits the US.

Well my Wii U is still out so that won't be an issue :) I may not play it much, but its still hooked up to my tv for now. lol

No way... is it soon?
fufufu

He also sent a tweet like a week ago that just said "BIG…" or something like that lol

Can you download any games made on the 3DS smilebasic onto the wii U smilebasic?

Release date set for next week in Japan. https://twitter.com/notohoho/status/806318407536689152?lang=en
Oh my goodness, all the earlier beating,-very and waiting was. Mr.compressor Petit-com BIG next week on sale! USB keyboard support (JP and US deployment support) TV in large textual editing, TV PEAR only GamePad edit is OK https://www.nintendo.co.jp/titles/20010000024627 … #petitcom

Big will be with buying solely for the USB microphone support! Using programs like P/SEND will be so much easier!

>USB microphone dang I didn't know that you could type into a microphone I think you're referring to the USB keyboard support, tehepero. Edit: On that note, the modem programs can already be improved by rewriting them with support for the sound DLC. However, as far as I am aware, none do at this time. Edit the again: Well, look at me making a fool of myself. For the longest time there was supposedly no microphone support whatsoever, but yep, looks like a USB one is possible. I made the assumption because the KEYBOARD was what most people were looking forward to, for obvious reasons.
