#1✎ 48WindyI did not write Celeste but I have to give the game some props. It is an excellent platformer game with what I consider to be some of the coolest graphic effects I've seen yet on SmileBasic. It uses the 3d effects and has Tight controls. Now the game is kind of platforming hell thank god it has unlimited continues. The game also some bugs. It will freeze up occasionally when you attempt a jump. It's a jumping platformer where you use walls, platforms and springboards to try to work to an exit in every room. You can slide down walls sometimes to your advantage. Also there are 2 buttons you use for jumping. The A button will do a regular jump while the B button will let you do a super jump in any direction. The game is not easy and can get frustrating. But its a great game to look at and is fun too. Give it a try. Hope the bugs don't show up. Sometimes they show sometimes they don't

#2✎ 48WindyHopefully that freeze bug will get patch it only happens ocassionally and only happens when you use the A button to jump. Seems it happens in tight spaces so it might be a collision issue

Programming StrengthDeep SleepHiddenWebsiteWow, this game is incredible! It seriously seems like something you could find on the eShop. In fact, I'm going to have to show it to some friends and tell them I bought it from the eShop, and see if they believe me! :P

#4✎ 48WindyYeah I would say its just a little short of being an Eshop title. There are certainly worse games floating around in the Eshop.. They just need to clean out that freeze up bug which I think isna collision error but could also be a problem with the jump button and this is as right as rain.........errrrr snow :)

#5✎ 48WindyThis is my favorite SmileBasic game so far. There have been some good ones but this one just calls my name. I love the way it plays and that its actually damng hard to figure out where to start that first jump toward the exit.

#8✎ 33ProgramGamer...Pretty certain this is a SmileBASIC port of a Pico-8 game. Still very impressive, but it good to know that ports like that are possible on SB.

Check it out here.

Pico-8 is a PC application so it does not have to deal with the limited 3DS CPU.

Programming StrengthDeep SleepHiddenWebsiteYeah, I realized that it was a port last night. (I mean, it says "ported by...", uh, someone. :P) I hope the original creator gave permission. The original version is free, so it's not like he's losing any money, but still.

#15✎ 1OBONOHi, Windy!
I think you just pause the game by Y button.
Please re-download latest version.
This indicates whether it's paused.

#16✎ 48Windy@OBONONO I do have the latest version and will try Y next time I freeze up. The game is just so good. I hope we see more like this. Heck some Pico ports would be cool. There are quite a lot of good Pico games to port over
