Since no one's posted here in a while, I thought I'd enlighten it's taste buds with sweetness. So anyway, I guess I''ll start working on the text adventure game. I haven't been here often because I'm learning C++. Fun. So, yeh, I'll probably begin soon. I still can't reveal the name, and it probably won't be revealed until like, release. Since it's name remains confidential, this can be referred to Project_2. Nice name change by the way, Random_. ~GreedyGoat8

Just so you know, my 3DS's screen broke. You'll have to get a secondary artist until I get a repair.

Cool. I thought nobody was gunna post much on this or Ruebleds thread until I got the new one up. But now I have a super EASY collision code that WORKS! It's a user defined instruction, bghitsp, and it detects collision with a sprite and a specified bg tile. You just type
BGHITSP(SPRITE,X1,Y1,TILE)
and when collision is detected it returns 1. Here is how you use it:
IF BGHITSP(0,16,0,153)==1 THEN DWTOP=1
So I am gonna put the def in ruebleds code now that I know it works.

ALRIGHTY FOLKS. I can hear the crickets. That is why I must intrude on our little nighttime picnic here. First of all, I will admit, I have not been programming Project_2 much in the past few months. HOWEVER, this week was different. I made substantial progress with this project and I am in a good spot. The best part is that I haven't run into any major problems, and my functions work almost flawlessly. I am very pleased and will continue to work in my free time. Random_, I would love to hear about any possible progress you are making. If you need my help, I will gladly assist. I just don't want this team to die :P

Sorry, I haven't been working on Ruebled much, I have been working on Epid, which I am now leading and making project #3. I haven't even been working on that, because I am working on my grades right now, but I will finish with my grades soon and continue with Epid. After I have the next version of Epid released, I will finish the next version of Ruebled and give Ruebled to someone else to work on, while I work on Epid because that is the project I have been enjoying the most. I also tried to make a dev tool for Epid, but I'm not that advanced yet, so a dev tool will take some time. Anyway, I will eventually release a version of Ruebled, then someone can work on it.

Ok, my grades are up, and the term is over. HAPPY CHRISTMAS BREAK EVERYONE! Now I shall keep working on my projects and release them eventually.

ATTENTION It is official that epid is project #3 and now I'm making Alpa project #4. (you know, my 4th place winner @halloween 2018 prg contest, kinda like swans celestrium and Terraria the game) So yeah. I am working on both projects 3 and 4, but mostly 4. I will have (I dont remember alpha or beta) of Epid released soon, but for now I'm working tile mining and placing in Alpa.

Ok, everyone, I have made significant progress in Alpa. You can now mine dirt, grass, and stone with the pickaxe, and they even show up in your inventory. You can't place anything yet, thats a WIP. And one command isn't quite working, but I'll work on that later. Anyway, axes will be useable soon. So will weapons, and enemies will also be added soon. EDIT: UPDATE: I now have it so that you can mine anything, except dark stuff. But you will need an upgraded pickaxe for that (kinda really like in Terraria) but I wish I could make world bigger. Right now I am working on commands, to make the variable command work. EDIT2: UPDATE: I made the title screen a bit better, as you can now delete worlds you don't want. I also added an auto-jump system. This is getting close to it's alpha, but I need to add the menues and release the next version of Epid. So, that is what I will do next. EDIT3: I still haven't done Epid yet. Sorry about that, but I just made the auto-jump system less buggy, and converted the program to option strict, that may be the way to fix the VARI bug with commands.
