I'm trying to make it in first person view, but the only command that does anything is P3D_FAST_LOOKAT, but I'm not trying to look at an object or position, but rather an angle

I'm trying to find the original March 1989 magazine with the original "GIVERS". Has anyone been able to find it, or get information on who published it?
Googling 'マイコンBASICマガジン 1989年3月' gives quite a few results for buying the magazine, but before you jump at that, I also found this page with screenshots.
